CONDO across the road from above Penthouse with the same view of Playa Blanca, 2+1 bed, 2.5 bath. Laundry is in 3 rd bedroom. Walk to beach & car park  $1,200 per month.

There is an additional fee for building, pool, trash and road maintenance.

Includes use of all facilities within Club Punta Leona, including, 2 x Private beaches, Swimming pools, tennis courts, resturants. Security 24/7.

Both properties are walking distance to Playa Blanca, the cleanest white sand beach in the central Pacific region. Includes BBQ's and clean restrooms at the private beach. There is also a second private beach near the Club and large swimming pools.

High Speed internet is included FREE in both Condo and Penthouse, and throughout Punta Leona, and both properties are Cable TV ready.

Both Penthouse & Condo have A/C and Ceiling Fans throughout the house. Bedrooms have hardwood teak floors, and bathrooms travertine marble. Kitchen is granite & S.Steel.

Please note that Punta Leona is a wildlife reserve. Large dogs are not permitted due to the wildlife, however you can often get away with smaller ones.
